We know cementing a user experience design is hard.  With competing priorities across divisions or departments and the constant tug-of-war between an ideal consumer experience and a cost-effective solution, U/X design is arguably the most critical step in the solution development process.  That’s why we devote over half of our solution development process to user experience alone.
